Reliable as always
This is my third Eastpak bag, and I went for the Delegate Messenger Bag this time. Just like my previous Padded Pak'r and Tranverz M, the quality is consistent. I know what I'm getting with Eastpak: sturdy zippers and tough fabric that can handle a beating. This messenger bag fits my work essentials perfectly and the adjustable strap is comfortable. I keep coming back because their stuff just lasts, and it's always been a smooth ordering process every time.
Decent purchase, some minor points
I bought the Out of Office backpack. The build quality feels very durable, and I like the dedicated laptop sleeve; it's a big plus for daily commuting. Shipping was prompt, arriving in about four days. My only minor gripe is that the shoulder straps feel a little stiff at first, and it took a few wears to really break them in. Overall, it's a good value for the price, especially with the warranty, but a slightly softer initial feel on the straps would make it perfect.

Good basic backpack
I got the Padded Pak'r a few weeks ago for everyday stuff. It's just a solid backpack, you know? Fits my laptop and a few books easily. The color was what I expected, which is nice. Shipping took about 5 days to reach my place in Colorado, so that was pretty standard. No complaints, it just works.
